Our ARRS Clinical Team
Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) enables us to expand our clinical team with specialist healthcare professionals working alongside your GP to provide comprehensive, expert care.

Enhanced Access
Extended appointment times including early mornings, evenings, and weekend slots to fit around your schedule and commitments.
Frailty Services
Dedicated support for older patients with complex needs, including proactive care planning and coordination with social services.
Digital Services
Online consultations, digital appointment booking, prescription ordering, and access to your medical records through the NHS App.
Population Health Projects
Targeted programmes addressing local health priorities including diabetes prevention, cardiovascular health, and mental wellbeing initiatives.
Spirometry Service
High-quality diagnostic spirometry service for patients with suspected COPD or asthma. Patients aged 16+ registered with Brent Beacon PCN practices can be referred via their GP. Service hosted at Willesden Green Surgery.

Allied Health Professional Appointments
Since PCN formation on 01/01/2026, we have been able to offer patients appointments with our allied health professionals. This has allowed us to free GP time for more complex patients without disturbing patient care for all patients.

  • Simplify the AI / automated phone system so patients can reach a person quickly
  • Standardise a clear triage script across practices
Make the Access Offer Real
  • Protect urgent same-day capacity across the PCN
  • Guarantee routine bookable slots 1–2 weeks ahead
  • Use PCN services such as FCP, Pharmacy and extended access to support GPs where appropriate
Identify & Protect a Continuity Cohort
  • Define a continuity priority group for people with greater complexity or vulnerability
  • Ensure named clinician continuity
  • Support longer planned reviews and proactive follow-up after crisis or discharge
Balanced Digital Strategy
  • Promote the NHS App and online forms with clear, simple guidance
  • Offer support to help patients go digital through volunteers and drop-ins
  • Maintain equitable non-digital access for patients who need phone or in-person routes
